Go across the row to your weight (weights are rounded; choose the weight closest to your own).
Follow the column your weight is in and look upwards to get the number at the top of the column.
That number is your BMI. This BMI chart is for adults and is not age or gender specific.
Separate charts for children and teenagers are available from your physician or the CDC.
